The pay is good, we are working from home currently, upper management seem to really care and work with employees. Orientation process is slowly thrown on you so that you aren't overwhelmed

The pros is the recruitment process went smoothly and timely. It was an easy process doing it virtually and seemingly easier than the traditional method of in person interviews. My recruiter Cam kept me informed on every aspect of the recruitment steps and the instructions for background credential checks were easy to follow. My first day friends from past carriers now at Kemper reached out to me to greet me which was among the main factors on my decision to be with Kemper was the familiarity of great people already at the organization. It was an easy on boarding process even in a virtual environment. My new manager has been very supportive in my growth to understand my new role and everyone has been very helpful as I am learning new job processes every day. The finale was Kemper’s growth potential and future promotional opportunities is another key pro aspect that was very attractive in working for Kemper.
