      Pros

      I am new to the organization. However, it has been a great experience thus far. The interviewing phase to onboarding was a pleasure. I am also excited that Kemper has already met one of my top expectations when looking for a new opportunity…employee input is welcomed and valued. Leadership has sincerely demonstrated this on a continual basis since day one. I am looking forward to being a part of the new initiatives for the upcoming year and much more.

      Cons

      Minor: Software installation has taken some time to be completed. Honestly, I have not experienced any true cons with the organization. I have not been with the organization for a month yet.
