      Pros

      Kemper is a large company with a "family culture". I'm so appreciative of the collaborative nature of our department, and the cross-functional departments we work closely with. Our executive team leads by example. They show their appreciation to us, and, our company is incredible supportive of our communities.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to mention. As a sales person, I'm anxious to return to the field, but I totally understand and respect the process we are taking.

      Kemper really values their employees, and invests their time and money to develop each one of us to be the best and to grow within the company. I have been fortunate and am a witness that when you work hard and show your value, that you may be promoted and grow within Kemper. I have been promoted three times within seven years. The company paid for my schooling with UM through their Tuition Assistance Program in order to help me get promoted. Family Atmosphere. Great Benefits. Extremely helpful and Knowledgeable HR Team. Upper Management is well trained and developed to be amazing leaders, that in turn helps each front line employee.

      Cons

      Kemper is very quick to address any issue there may be, so even if there has been a Con, they have remedied it so efficiently, effectively, and timely, that it really turns it into a positive quickly.
