Good benefits, flexible start and end times (depending on manager)

Cons

Hostile work environment, rude HR and talent acquisition “specialists”, poor training, no overtime, but they expect the world of you and don’t understand how you can’t get things done in the 8 hour day.

Too many projects going on at one time, no management of priority projects, reduce benefits, reduce PTO, stress stress stress, more more more, never thankful, work life balance is impossible

Pros

Company personnel including job recruiter were very professional and helpful throughout the hiring/training process. In addition we were allowed to work safely at home due to Covid-19. All needed equipment was sent to my home, as well. All Kemper personnel were very responsive to any and all tech issues I encountered. Best company I have ever worked for!!
