Pros

Sometimes you can work from home.

Cons

Alliance was a great company to work for, but once Kemper bought them out it became a very unhealthy work environment. There are unrealistic expectations of workloads and zero opportunity for growth or increase in wages. If you have health insurance there expect your annual income to drop every year as you make the same and the insurance doubles.

Pros

If your lucky you get to work from home!

Cons

No training no development! You are micromanage every second of the day! Management give you no respect or trust and when their decisions fail they blame the employees not themselves! Do not work for this company it will be a step back in your career!!’ ( was a good company prior to Kemper was buying it)
