Kemper has a lot of tremendous opportunities as the company is growing. I enjoy the tight knit Kemper family of employees who are always friendly and take care of one another.

Cons

As a growing company there are changes, but Kemper always seems to be ready for the challenge and welcomes change to become better than we were yesterday.
