      Kemper cares. They focus on the well being of the employee as well and strive to provide the best to their customers. Benefits are standard. PTO and work day structure is wonderful.

      Cons

      Onboarding in the time of Covid is a challenge for both the employee and company. The issues are pretty standard regardless of the company. It just takes a little longer to fall into place.

      The Kemper FNOL department is the perfect environment for those seeking a rewarding career in the insurance industry. We offer a fast paced, friendly environment that challenges you to do your best. We provide excellent customer service in a call center position to help those in their time of need file their claims and start their road to recovery. If you enjoy assisting people and challenging yourself, than you will fit right in. There is also plenty of opportunity for growth and developing your career!

      The job can be stressful to some people, especially if you are uncomfortable going at a face pace and unable to easily adapt to changes.
