      Pros

      Good location, benefits, company is still solvent.

      Cons

      The negative prior recent reviews are accurate. This company treats its employees poorly while executives and management are rewarded. Turnover is incredibly high. HR is ignores any issues you may have. This company does not care about following any rules or laws. All that matters to them is their stock price.

      Decent co-workers and covered parking.

      Cons

      Deceitful and clueless management that caters to no nothings. I feel pity and empathy towards the policyholders that pay decent premiums without good customer service in return.

      Truly awful company to work for

      Pay was decent, but not worth it.

      Cons

      Shady company, micromanages you, severely understaffed with an insane work load (even by insurance standards). Almost everyone was unhappy (adjusters all the way to AMD) and looking for other work. Insurance claims is not an easy job, but this company made it unbearable. This company does NOT care about it's employees at all; they care about their shareholders and cutting corners to make money.
