Pros

The managers have been personal and helpful since my interview process and upon being hired. I love the schedule being M-F with regular business hours, the shift flexibility, remote flexibility, and having holidays off with my family. Very new to the role so i don’t have much to go off of. Meetings within the company have had good direction and they are always asking for recommendations on how to improve from the employees perspective.

Cons

There isn’t a different bank of pto to use exclusively for sick days (offered by a previous insurance employer) Not sure if the company gives out bonuses (also offered to every employee by a prev insurance employer)

-friendly staff and agents -training for my position was a smooth simple and easy process -really enjoy the work that I do and getting to learn

Cons

-there are other titles to move up towards but how likely you can transition into them remotely depending on position might require relocation -some districts have full-time opportunities and not all -pay is decent but if district can only do part-time pay will be okay (looking for stability can differ based on position and employment status (if its able to be full-time or not)

Benefits are amazing, medical, dental, vision, life and others available! STD and LTD, company paid. Pricing for a family is super affordable and does not increase based on number of family members. I was able to cover my college student up to age 26 whether she is school or not! She graduated and has been working contract work without any benefits, this allows me to help her while she establishes her career. Truly grateful for that. Lots of diversity here! I love it!!! Everyone has been friendly, welcoming and willing to assist. I love the Team Building!!! I love how they incorporate everyone, including those working remote. Remote/Hybrid schedule option available.

Cons

I felt my starting salary was low based on my experience but the cost of benefits made up for it. I also feel there is so much room to grow and I gave confidence I'll get to the salary I desire soon.
