      Pros

      Insurance compny that can be a stepping stone to a better one later.

      Cons

      Terrible management, if you like to be micromanaged this is the place to be. Promotions given to people not based on ability or talent, but by who you can step on and suck up to. Work-life balance is awful. Even when you're not at work your concerned about the workload you'll face upon returning to work. Avoid this hell whole at all cost. Tons of lay offs makes this sinking ship ready to capsize anytime.

      Pros

      Co-workers are nice. There are a couple of nice lunches a year. They encourage LOMA designation.

      Cons

      Salaries and raises. Not environment conducive to new ideas. They say they are trying to change that , but not sure if there is evidence. High focus on cost reduction in office.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits is all.

      Cons

      Don't take the FMLA. No matter what they tell you, they will force you out when you return. They will hound you until you break and then they will gladly break you.
