Great co-workers, but none of them stayed, they all quit, many of them walking out due to management's abusiveness.

Cons

Management was abusive, would add on daily requirements day after day without any added compensation and would threaten you if you didn't do them. Unrealistic goals

Pros

Company van which really saves on households gas money outlay. Work is not difficult.

Cons

Almost non-existent training, Get the feeling that company just wants you to step out of line so they can fire you. Still using paper invoices. Doesn't leave much for home life.

Where to begin I have been working at KBI over a year. In that time the turn over rate is 80%. No one is properly trained in any aspect. Pay scale is a fraction of what our industry rivals pay. no raises what so ever. If you start at 10.00 an hour you will make the same when you leave 10 years later. Loyalty is a joke and management is a failure. I expect Kens to go under any day now
