With new management in the last year and a turn around by the owners.The company has stepped into the 21st century. New dispatch system and paperless billing has really improved the routing and job overall. Management tries to work with techs for work home balance. Pay has improved a lot. Additional techs makes for shorter hours and better balance. Training being added to help make the job easier. 401K and better insurance.

Cons

Learning curve on the new system dispatch still sometimes needs help from techs with routing. pay for uniforms to be cleaned even if you don't send them in. ($14.00 every 2 weeks)

Pros

Plenty of overtime. Decent amount of freedom while working, as in nobody over your shoulder all day. And they'll hire pretty much anybody.

Cons

Nobody has the slightest clue what's going on. There's maybe 2 guys in the whole company that know how to do anything, and one has an ego and attitude that make Kanye west look humble. The owner will berate and yell, acting like he owns you (he has actually even said as much to people). You'll work long hours trying to fix unfixsble stuff for managers that are absolutely clueless.

Nothing about this company was pleasant.

Cons

Working here was a joke. The management is beyond unprofessional and trashy. They use profanity ALL of the time, the owners belittle their employees, and the pay is absolute garbage. The way management and the owners treated their technicians was disgusting. And this was the corporate office where the CEO is always around. I would hate to see how the other offices are ran. This company is pathetic. No one deserves to work at this low class company.
