Pros

Growing company who has two very strong brands. Also working on improving the culture and management practices of the company.

Cons

Management is having trouble keeping up with the growth of the company and the hiring the technical skills required to keep up with new production equipment. Just like any food company finding qualified managers and technicians is becoming more problematic.

Ken's Foods is a friendly working environment. Being a QC in Ken's can develop your multitasking skill.

Cons

the career growth for QC in Ken's is little, there is only QC technician, lead, and the manager.The new technician doesn't get training enough. As a contract worker, no benefits.
