Very poor management at the Lebanon facility

Only pro was the pay

Cons

Management was incompetent. More than willing to throw you under the bus to save their self from a poor decision they made. HR sure didn't want to listen to you or follow up on what really goes on .

Pros

The benefits and pay was great. You got over 40hr a week. The jobs are very simple and easy to do.

Cons

They management was very disorganized. You were always forced to work over time on 2nd sift. There was not always a third shift when needed
