The work was consistent because people need gas for their cars.

Cons

I made less every year I worked there. The work environment was hostile. The cut our pay and bonus a few weeks before Christmas. This company constantly cried poor while they were buying up their competitors

Cons

No advancement, no corporate support they don't know what going on in the field regarding management concerns. Expected to do the work of regional management. You have to be part of the "boys club" to get promoted. Company is to big you are treated as a number.
