      Pros

      Home Daily, Paid Training, Paid Overtime, Fairly new trucks, but will slipseat.

      Cons

      Will definitely start on nights and weekends with no timeline for moving to dayshift. Sometimes maintenance issues dont get fixed or have extended repair times, may or may not have spare equipment to use depending on your shift schedule. Was employed most 3 years, and no talks of any raises.
