Pros

Option for YMCA membership – company pays half, other half is prorated out of paycheck. Wonderful lunch on site.

Cons

Since some great upper management has left, strict rules in micromanaging has been implemented. Positions that used to be remote are now required to be in person.

Pros

My paycheck always arrives in the bank on time.

Cons

Corporate office has policies but isn’t willing to follow those policies. The company is in such a cost cutting mode that there’s nothing left to cut without putting out a low quality result. The facilities are generally dirty and unkept. Driver/ technician coffee pots and utensils are not cleaned regularly. Benefits continue to decline, and if you get a raise that just means they took money from you somewhere else. The company has unfortunately become a disappointment. Profits over people.
