Pros

All pros left this company several years ago. Management is a joke, new TM isn't bad but it is to late previous TM destroyed the Terminal/yard.

Cons

Management in Ohio is out of touch, former TM was racist, drove away or fired most of the white drivers. When she was removed the regional HR did nothing to correct or make things right to the drivers that had their careers ruined. Managers in Ohio did nothing. Current dispatch plays favorites and takes care of certain drivers. HR does nothing, ethics hotline is also a joke. I can't transfer out because they say they have to much work, yet I can't even make the guarantee. Trucks are horribly maintained. Trailers are junk and drivers are blamed for leaks. It shouldn't take 2 days for a oil change.
