- Fenty/Kendo is great to have on resume! - Free product - Depending on your team/manager, there's a lot you can learn

Cons

- Everything is 911 emergency and work life balance is non existent - Toxic work culture (extremely awkward meetings, lack of professionalism, intimidation, walking on eggshells around senior management) - Constant restructuring because so many people leave and/or systems in place are not working When you find yourself looking around the room and thinking this must be a joke right? It isn't a joke. You will hear everyone say "That's just the way it is at Kendo" to everything messed up about the work culture

Surprisingly there's an astounding lack of diversity in leadership and it shows in the vanilla marketing Extremely mediocre leadership who's very resistant to new ideas Mysterious departures and secretive layoffs Brands aren't as cool as they once were and founders seem nonchalant
