If you're looking to join Fenty, especially as a WOC, consider this your sign not to. Your mental health is more important than the Fenty brand name and you'll lose yourself to a company quickly to use you. Kendo has become a hub for secret layoffs and beyond poor leadership, from horrible decisions of the CEO to VPs throwing reports under the bus for their own failures. Kendo has lost so many benefits and has below subpar pay for living in the Bay Area. The brand name isn't enough for the lack of work/life balance. As diverse as it appears on the outside, the inside is completely the opposite. Leadership lacks diversity and often have a certain consumer in mind that they like to cater to, which is very different from the brand following. Take this as your sign to not join this company because you'll immensely regret the time you've dedicated that you'll never get back.
