Management does not care about you. Never know where you will be working even if you’ve worked in the same place for many years they will send you anywhere in the company to work (Augusta, Skowhegan, Waterville). They take favoritism over certain areas of the company. You could be working alone during the overnights. If you speak up about issues you will get spoken to in a negative way about it.
