Pros

I love the work culture here. They throw in perks when they can, are flexible about time and have a range of benefits (like a rideshare program, employee fitness center, retirement plan, tuition assistance program, etc.).

Cons

I've heard the salaries aren't as high as they should be, but being new to higher ed, I can't speak to that. Parking is an extra cost ($23 for standard). I'm still new here so perhaps more cons will come out later?

Priority registration if you are a student is awesome Low stress is most certaintly a plus if you are worried about school as your main focus. A great way to meet new friends on campus and get involved in other activities.

Cons

Can get a little boring on slow nights. Not much responsibility unless something bad happens and you have to call management,
