Low pressure work space as long as deadlines are met. Great introduction to teaching. Pays for classes during degree pursuits.

Cons

Many other GTAs see communication as optional so it is hard to get in contact with them if you have to help with one of their students. Lab materials need to be made by the GTA teaching. Low class attendance.
