      Pros

      I enjoyed my time at Kensho. Bhavesh is a great CEO and the leadership team with Melissa and Peter was amazing. The potential for growth there if you prove yourself is amazing and they will help you in any way they can. Super supportive team, and great WLB. You're expected to do the work but if you do it- the sky is the limit.

      Probably dealing with S&P sometimes slowed you down
