      Pros

      It was an absolute dream to work for Kensho The level of coworkers and culture was absolutely amazing. I had to leave due to personal issues, but honestly- it's the best job anyone can hope for. You get the startup feel but with huge company perks.

      -supportive managers who really care about your development and growth -great training activities that help you discover strengths and growth edges -lots of opportunities for collaboration and learning because you are surrounded by very driven, intelligent co workers -

      Cons

      -I can't really think of any at the moment. I will be coming up on my 1 year here this summer and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience so far.
