Pros
The children and families (when you actually get to see them)
Cons
Constantly being moved to different rooms after being assigned your own classroom Never getting to see your own students Constantly being under ratio in order to send staff home Being so underpaid despite having proper credentials (with the amount of money they charge families, they should be paying employees triple what they make) Benefits/insurance are awful Run more like a business than a school Little to no empathy, if you call in sick the directors will give you attitude and tell you to come in anyways Work/life/school balance is nonexistent. Hours are terrible The only way to grow your career with this company is to be a suck up They move children around the building to send people home to keep them under 40 hours a week They move teachers around to rooms they have no experience in They will send teachers to different schools
