Pros

Pay can be decent for Management. Headquartered locally so is possible to get to know top management.

Cons

All hiring is done by HR without regard to which stores are hurting most and trying to recruit a staff for themselves, employees are sent to whichever store HR decides to send them to regardless. No support system in place among Management for issues or problems, you are pretty much on your own. Corporate Management needs to stop having so many meetings about every little thing and idea and focus on getting out of their comfort zones and directly working the stores and see what the real issues are instead of preaching. You stress to lead by example, well then get out there and do it!!!

Pros

Great hourly employees. Lots of interesting customers to interact with on a daily basis.

Cons

Horrible upper management. No work/life balance. Understaffed to a fault. DM's and directors of operations have no concern for store level management. I was written up for being taken to hospital by ambulance because I didn't call another manager in while I was on my way to hospital.
