Dissatisfied with hiring process.....

Pros

Nice people, had 2 interviews and was told i would b called either way of position, never received a call, i called them 3 times 2 weeks apart each time, continually told me no decision made, this was in feb-march, still waiting

Cons

Should return calls when they say they will, not acceptable to leave people hanging and wondering about a position at their company

Thank you for your feedback. It was wrong that someone never got back with you, that should not have happened. We make a priority to maintain communication with all candidates throughout the hiring process. Over the past 6 months we've made some very positive changes to our hiring process that should keep this from happening in the future.
