Relatively Smaller Company with Great People

Pros

A lot of potential for growth if you stick around long enough. The company is like a big family.

Cons

Location of the company is in a small college town in Ohio. Not the best place, but it isn't too bad either. Pretty close to Akron and Cleveland.
