Pros

Freedoms in schedule. As an agent you make your schedule. You aren't paid to be in the office, you are paid on what you are selling. The more you sell, the more money you make.

Cons

No benefits (health/life insurance, vacation time) as an agent. You are also contracted, so you pay and withhold all taxes from your checks. You will have months where you grow, and you'll have months where you will lose money on your check.

Pros

KFB has good benefits, early dismissal on Fridays, bonuses for those who qualify. Cafe onsite. Several long time employees who are knowledgable and care about their work.

Cons

They do not promote from within unless you are related to or connected to upper management or board. They often know who they are going to hire before they post a job. Training is a joke. There is a training area, but no one knows what they do. Very conservative, managers prayed before meetings. Not many female leaders, they mostly hold lower level jobs. Don't value education. They promote complacency. Lots of moody employees who don't seem happy there, but are too lazy or scared to leave. It's a drag on morale.
