Pros

KFB is a great company to work for. Management cares about employees and wants what’s best for them.

Cons

Work load gets a little heavy during catastrophes but that’s our time to shine and measures are taken to try to lessen the load.

Pros

*our DCM is supportive & understanding & one reason many of us did not leave in 2023. *Co-workers also helped keep staff together during tough times *Health insurance

Cons

*For the role Multi-lines adjusters do we are not adequately compensated *Upper management (above dcm) seems to be out of touch with the current demands of the role, when one on one with director happened, issues presented were dismissed because “back when I was an adjuster…” *no work life balance unless you don’t care to be behind and not provide the service clients deserve. *no consistency with promotion guidelines
