Cons
Being at Kepler is a very humbling experience in that everyone you work with is incredibly intelligent. This is a con only in the sense that you are always very aware that everyone around you is at the top of their game so its easy to feel intimidated. However the environment is not intimating at all, everyone is super supportive. This is just a byproduct of being around such great people.
