Pros

- Excellent, in-depth training for all levels of employees - Open workplace with daily team collaboration - Challenges employees to grow at an incredible rate - Amazing culture of intelligent, like-minded individuals that empower each other

Cons

- Depending on your client, hours can be long. That being said, if communicated well, the company will actively help to resolve the issue.

- Young employees (20s to early 30s) making it an excellent first job out of college - Everyone is very sharp, making it easy to work collaboratively - Fun work environment with frequent team outings and activities - Large, interesting clients - Senior Management is extremely transparent - Truly a moral, trustworthy company across the board

Cons

- Limited opportunities to progress beyond the senior analyst level - Compensation could be higher/adjusted for cost of living in NYC and San Francisco offices
