Pros

The benefits are solid even though some were cut. The internal platforms are helpful.

Cons

The goalpost for promotions is always changing. Kepler claims you must be operating at the above level to move up but fail to provide those opportunities and prove that a structured process supports growth. They'll say a readiness doc is needed but it's simply a distraction, it doesn't provide timelines nor does a completed readiness doc indicate you'll move up with a promotion. They'll happily try to pressure you to work above your pay grade without a raise or title change for however long they think they can get away with. Leaders do not care about their employee growth or wellbeing. They will tell you one thing and do another yet expect there to be trust. HR even fails to spell your name right despite being their employee for years...Its a white-dominated space so good luck if you're a minority. The best way to thrive here is to love alcohol, be white, and have friends high up.
