Decisions for company are at the discretion of private equity, and partner doctors. Claims trademark "Radical transparency" then let go of their entire corporate, and warehouse footprint in IL in order to fund a swanky office in midtown Manhattan (Where current CEO Time Mayhew lives) for the C suite in the 2 meetings per year they will attend.

Keplr vision offers great benefits. Vision benefits covered. A good job to pay the bills until you find something better.

Cons

Very High turnover rate due management that lacks experience. Nepotism, and personal friendships dictate promotion not knowledge.
