Pros

The companies focus is on providing excellent patient care and ensuring employees are also well taken care of. If there is a problem or issue it is quickly resolved. Communication with upper management is strong, and they do not micromanage. If you need assistance, they’re there to support you.

Cons

The benefits such as PTO and sick time aren’t competitive compared to what’s in the industry.
