Pros

The leadership painfully wants the best for everyone that works here. There is a business aspect, but our people make it happen and that's not missed on anyone.

Cons

Rapid growth makes for challenges, but there is focus and determination.

Pros

-Treat partner doctors with the respect that they deserve. -PTO is mostly inline with industry standards. -Freedom with Schedule; if I have something to do they are very understanding. -Lab is awesome!

Cons

-When I joined the team over a year ago I was blown away by the family feel the company had. In my opinion they really stood by what they said and teammates could expect support from leaders on their team. Which made them stand out from other companies. However, since we have started to grow and add new people from failed companies in the industry I have started to see dramatic changes in leadership. Communication is horrible and when I came back from furlough I feel that I have to walk on egg shells. We use to take examples of leadership from people like Simon Sinek and other progressive thinkers in the field. Now when problems arise we don't discuss them as a team and think of ways to improve or correct the situation. It makes us feel and look incompetent. I use to be able to go to my director if I had any questions but now it seems that when I reach out i'm "bugging" them; the positive environment that once existed is slowly fading away and discussions on how we perform our duties and tasks feel one-sided. I really hope that Keplr can find its way once again. I will say that they way they treat their partner practices is second to none. If you are a doctor and are thinking of joining Keplr I highly recommend it. My criticisms are on the operation side of the business. -Benefits are slightly below average. In this department they aim to be "normal", I feel it's hypocritical for Keplr to say the treat their teammates like family but wont go the extra mile to provide good health insurance benefits. PTO is about the same except in your first year you only get 1 week of PTO when most companies give 2. -There is no clear path for advancement. When a position is available in your department its not open for everyone. They will most likely give it to someone without allowing others to apply for it. So, unless you are "rubbing elbows" with the right people be prepared to stay stagnate in your position. -No formal review system. You wont be given a raise without asking and even then they will challenge you on it. Been with the company over a year and haven't seen an increase or even a review/one-on-one. They have this weird mentality that unless you are going above and beyond you don't deserve it.

Pros

No pros at all here

Cons

I felt bad for the people I worked with. They were underpaid and overworked. People were very moody. I saw people crying here, arguing, the direction always changed. People here were looking for other jobs. I’m glad I didn’t not say in this company. It was horrible.
