      Pros

      zero positive experiences while working there 3 years

      Cons

      HR threatening culture, zero flexibility, management threatens to discipline/fire employees without warning. Upper management behaves likes a "mean girls club" they are one religion, and they let it be known. They have their inner club of Mormon followers and family. Highly nepotistic.

      It's a job with some opportunity to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Pay is low but generally an ok job. You get out what you put in so there is some opportunity for learning and continuing education. Older nurses have a BAD attitude and as the saying goes they like to eat their young. If you can ignore that it's ok.
