Great people, (majority) and never have nothing to do. Great scope for growth.

Cons

Trying to find affordable rent in the area can be challenging.

Benefits! They hire a lot of really smart, experienced people.

Cons

Sr. leadership does not listen to the really smart, experienced people they hire. No psychological safety. Lack of leadership, they just want followers.
