From our N.America CHRO: As the CHRO for North America, I feel compelled to address this review personally in hopes that it would encourage anyone to contact me directly with harassment or discrimination claims that aren’t being cared for properly. I joined Kerry just 2 years ago myself and stay because of its inclusive culture and fantastic employees so it bothers me to hear of anyone not having that same experience. With the resources, programs, and training we provide, it’s my expectation that all employees are treated with respect and dignity while in the workplace and rewarded fairly. We take harassment claims of all kinds very seriously and fully investigate with neutral parties and continue to hold ourselves accountable to the very best in non-discrimination practices and gender parity pay practices. Our third party, confidential partner is available to all employees to report any ethical violation for full investigation.
