Pros

One of only a few places that will allow someone with relatively modest background and education trade a multimillion dollar account.

Cons

The learning curve to become a successful trader is very steep, and it is usually unrealistic to start from scratch and learn to make enough to survive on without running out of money or giving up.

Pros

At Kershner you have oppurtunity to learn about the stock market and get all you licenses, you also have pretty good work hours.

Cons

The pay is performance based so especially at the beginning you must be prepared to make no money and as you learn the job actually dig yourself a hole

Pros

Really dedicateed smart creative people. Opportunity to make alot of money and great work life balance. Lots of freedom and autonomy.

Cons

No salary , eat what you kill. Makes it tough to get started as most traders dont make any real money for the first nine to twelve months.
