      Pros

      I don't think people (former/current) employees give Kershner Trading Group enough credits for its technology and trading resources. Prop trading is tough and success deps on yourself.

      Cons

      Be more willing to give back to employees in terms of pay and benefits. This way, you can actually retain top talents.

      Horrible technology. Company Management sucks. Ego issues at the top. Lack of growth. Lack of vision. No improvement. Limited capital capabilities.

      Pros

      large offices, experienced traders who have done well in the past, but are going the way of dinosaurs in the industry. Support for developing automation.

      Cons

      The firm is dependent on its traders "finding" the next best way to make money in the markets. You are left on your own. The firm's management is living in its past. They say they will help develop software to support your trading which is a pipe dream since if you have something of value, why would you want to share it with a company that VIRTUALLY OWNS YOU.
