The building and location were beautiful.

Cons

The Kessler culture was crammed down the throats of the employees but never upheld by corporate or the real people in power. Pay was always wrong and when brought to the attention of HR and the controller, it was ignored.

None, beside the stays at fancy hotels you work at and free food being locked down and forced to eat on premise

Cons

CIO is self absorbed and creates a culture of back stabbing and discomfort/ distrust amongst peers.
