      Pros

      Kestra is a great place to work. Lots of long tenured employees including many in senior management roles. Good amount of growth and financial prospects.

      Cons

      A smaller company means fewer job opportunities.

      Pros

      I've been with Kestra for nearly three years and really enjoy working at the company. Everyone I've encountered, both before joining to a few years after working at the company, has been helpful, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. My coworkers have been amazingly supportive, and other departments have been collaborative in supporting our team. Leadership and upper management is approachable and friendly. They hold town halls, answer questions and stop to talk with me and my team around the building. The building itself is newly remodeled, has a great gym, walking paths, basketball, volleyball and baseball fields, along with a great outdoor veranda to eat lunch at. On any given day, you'll see 50-100 people outside walking and eating lunch.

      Cons

      They also cater and serve a lot of food. It's not always the healthiest of options.

      Pros

      They are open to my ideas and there are not alot of layers I interact with the senior leaders and Presidents of the companies Great team spirit, we like each other and have fun Convenient location, just 15 mins from downtown

      Cons

      Not enough time during my short commute to call friends ;-)
