Pros

Kestra is at an exciting time in its history, hitting its stride as an ecosystem of companies that work together well - there's lots of opportunity on the horizon as the organization matures. Especially for people who are interested in charting their own path and making a difference. I've found management to be open to change - whether trying out different ways of operating or adopting new ideas all together.

Cons

Despite positive efforts from HR and management to get all companies operating as one cohesive organization, some groups of employees seem to hang on to the "old ways" and could be more open to positive change.

In addition to the people and the collaboration, I appreciate the fact that Kestra provides opportunities for professional development and growth.

Pros

Kestra is a great place to work if you are looking for exponential professional growth. You learn and move fast here. I feel like I’ve been lucky enough to work with great leaders, build a department, and bring fresh ideas to the table. I like the sense of belonging I have here. The people are so nice and friendly and it’s a great environment. My manager is especially amazing. I learn so much from her daily. The in office culture is refreshing after being fully remote for a couple of years. I rather enjoy getting face to face time with everyone in the office.

Cons

The fast pace may not be for everyone since there are lots of projects and priorities can shift at times. There is a need for agile workers who show a lot of grit and some people just don’t work that way.
