Its in a nice building

Insurance for an individual is super expensive. 401k match is low. NO structure nor training. Managers take credit and get promoted when you do their job and you get no recognition. More turnover than a restaurant. HR is beyond unprofessional. Horribly Managed. Managers gossip about their employees and are not trained for the job they manage so they're useless when you have questions that pertain to your job. Pay is literally better everywhere else

Cons

ZERO training, they wait for you to make mistakes due to the lack of training then wait several month before any coaching is given. Employees and management gossip about others all day long and concerns brought up get ignored.
