* Nice office building. * You do have the ability to learn new things and aren't necessarily stuck doing one thing.

Cons

* The "culture" of the company is very old school. Shirts tucked in, come into the office every day, put on that fake smile. * Dev work is disorganized and very much in need of good project management and architecture. * Work from home isn't going to happen - developers are expected to be in the office entirely for appearances for touring advisors. Nothing done by the dev team really needs office work, but some company decisions seem to have required that. * As such, developers are treated as expendable.
