Cons

Complete and utter disregard for the truth with their advertising. They clearly do not care about their Advisors (only in how to make money off of them) or their clients. They care more about revenue sharing with vendors, investment providers, and hidden fees than helping the advisors help their clients. This company is private equity controlled and just financially engineering their earnings and reputation for a "quick sale" to make the useless managers rich at the expense of their advisors and especially the clients!
