      The CFO and Controller are outstanding! Knowledgeable and trustworthy leaders (directors and above). Great location. Competitive salary and benefits.

      Just a job to find another job. The job pitch sounds good.

      Cons

      The raises never come. They tell you the raise is on you. It's all a lie. The Skill base pay. Means they will try get you to do everyone's job. No! Why sign up for everyone's people's job when you only want one. If you don't get what pay you want in the door you will never see it. If they tell you its an opportunity. You know its a lie. The under staff the worker and over staff management. Imagine 5 guys around you not willing to work telling you how to do the job wrong.
