Pros

Diversity of team. Lots of room for growth, if willing to put in the long hours.

Cons

Those with a visa are stuck in their situation. Lack of Follow through on Promises made by Upper Management. Lack of viable path for long term success. Unlimited PTO is the only benefit of value, if you can manage to use it. Haven't seen many truly utilize the benefit in years. They have good insurance for those with families.

Pros

Small start up company feel, well stocked break area.

Cons

No work/life balance. The management of the company is dishonest with ever changing unwritten policies. The CEO decided that the best way to get rid of all the engineering problems was to get rid of the engineering department., smart yes! No loyalty other than some of the founding incompetent employees who created the toxic environment. Look elsewhere!
